When Christians argue with secularists about truth as in so many other things they argue two different things. But then they inhabit two quite distinct realities and so this division of thinking about what truth means, ought to be expected. In fact the opposing ideas about what truth is, helps confirm the Two Reality Hypothesis. Secularists think truth claims ought to provide the listener with a picture of reality. Truth, according to secularists, ought to be akin to photographing reality with ones mind. But the Apologist position is that the picture is all there is. The picture is information but the question then becomes, if there is no objective reality to test the picture against, how do we bring the picture of information into clearer focus?
