Asking who or what created God is incoherent since time was created by God no prior creation event is possible. If God is in time God, what ever it is that wish to talk about, the one thing it is, is not God. God by definition is the Creator of all things. If God or it, is or was created, he or it is, by definition not God because the created thing is not the creator of all things, specifically anything created is not the creator of time. God, as the highest, greatest and best of all possible conceptions, cannot be equated with anything that is less than utter sublime, perfection. Space and time and all they contain are imperfect in the sense that they are contained in something that is greater and more perfect than what they are. This perfection is God.
