Judith Hanson Lasater has been teaching yoga since 1971.\xa0\xa0She has studied directly with B.K.S Iyengar, is a physical therapist and holds a Ph.D. in East-West psychology.\xa0\xa0\xa0\xa0She has taught and lectured the world over and is one of the original founders of Yoga Journal.
