Jay Allen is a former truck driver from Australia who has battled melanoma and won, and is now on a mission to raise awareness and prevent others from getting the potentially deadly disease.

Jay underwent immediate surgery and treatment. Ten years on he is fighting fit and was behind the campaign to ban sunbeds in Australia.

He's teamed up with Melanoma UK and is travelling around the country to try and ban sunbeds across the UK.

\n\n\n

Gillian Nuttall, the CEO of Melanoma UK, was also alongside Jay Allen in the studio to talk about the importance of looking after your skin.
