In this first week of December we are discussing the movie Scrooged starring Bill Murray as Frank Cross in a modern (well 1988 modern) take on Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol". It also stars Karen Allen, Bobcat Goldthwait, Carol Kane, Alfre Woodard, and more. It's available to stream on Paramount+ and on Pluto.

Ingredients

• 1\xa0yolk

• 1/2\xa0teaspoon\xa0sugar
\n
• 1.5\xa0oz\xa0Porto
\n
• 0.5\xa0oz\xa0Brandy
\n
• Ice

Directions

1. \xa0Fill the Boston Shaker halfway with ice cubes.
\n
2. Put port wine in the shaker by measuring with the jigger.
\n
3. Add brandy.
\n
4. Add sugar.
\n
5. Divide the egg white and yolk and put the yolk in the shaker.
\n
6. Put the mixing spring in the shaker.
\n
7. Shake \u2013 Shake \u2013 Shake!!!
\n
8. Take a jar of jam and pour the cocktail with the help of the strainer.
\n
9. Enjoy!

2. Add Vodka, Cherry syrup and coke.
\n
3. Stir to blend.
\n
4. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
