I had the pleasure of interviewing Christina Vidal Mitchell and she is so kind and sweet, it was a wonderful interview that I hope you all enjoy. You might recognize her from Brink, Freak Friday, Taina, See No Evil, Code Black, Training Day (series), Sneaky Pete, Grand Hotel, United We Fall, and now from Primo, plus many other things. I have been a fan for a long time and still randomly think about Taina. I cannot recommend Primo enough, it is on Freevee and there are 8 episodes, so go watch it and that way we can make sure we get more seasons.

Drunk Uncle Cocktail (liquor.com):

Ingredients

• 1 and 1/2\xa0ounces\xa0Islay\xa0scotch\xa0(such as Bowmore or Laphroaig)

• 3/4\xa0ounce\xa0Cynar amaro

  \n
\n

• 3/4\xa0ounce\xa0Martini & Rossi bianco\xa0vermouth

  \n
\n

• Grapefruit

  \n
\n

Directions

\n

1. Add the Islay scotch, Cynar and bianco vermouth into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

\n

2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

   \n
\n

3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

\n
