This Fool is such a funny show, available on Hulu, starring comedians Chris Estrada and Frankie Qui\xf1ones. You can stream the first season, all 10 episodes, on Hulu, and season two premiers on July 28th. According to IMDb, the series centers on Julio Lopez, a punk-ass bitch with a heart of gold who goes out of his way to help everyone but himself. The show is inspired by Chris' life and stand-up comedy and you should all watch it. It was really nice chatting with Chris and Frankie, very nice and genuine guys.

Vanilla Cupcake Cocktail (cookingwithruthie.com):

Ingredients

Vanilla Cupcake:

• 4 tablespoons Eagle Brand\xae Sweetened Condensed Milk
\n
• 2 ounces madagascar vanilla vodka\xa0
\n
• 2 ounces pralines & cream liquor\xa0
\n
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
\n
• 4 ounces sparkling water
\n
• sprinkles in desired colors
\n

Frosting Rim:

\n
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
\n
• 1 cup powdered sugar
\n
• 3 tablespoons Eagle Brand\xae Sweetened Condensed Milk
\n
• #12 open star tip with frosting bag
\n

Directions

Prepare serving glasses 1-3 hours ahead of serving time and allow them to set up firm.

Frosting Rim:

1. In a large mixing bowl cream butter, add 1/2 cup powdered sugar; mix.\xa0
\n
2. Add Eagle Brand\xae Sweetened Condensed Milk and remaining powdered sugar; mix.
\n
3. Fill frosting bag with #12 open star tip, pipe frosting zig-zag back and forth along the rim of serving glasses.\xa0
\n
4. Add sprinkles to frosting on each glass one at a time so that they easily stick.\xa0
\n

Vanilla Cupcake Cocktail:

1. In a shaker add Eagle Brand\xae Sweetened Condensed Milk, madagascar vanilla vodka, pralines & cream liquor, and vanilla; shake well.

2. Divide between glasses and fill to rim with sparkling water.
\n
3. Add a pinch of sprinkles onto the top of each cocktail and enjoy!\xa0
\n
4. **To serve as a mocktail: replace alcohol with cream soda and 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream. Adjust sweetness of flavor with sparkling soda water, as desired.**

• 1/4 cup Vanilla frosting\xa0
\n
• 1 cup Rainbow jimmies\xa0
\n
• Chocolate syrup\xa0
\n
• 1oz Whipped cream vodka\xa0
\n
• 1oz Amaertto\xa0
\n
• 1oz Chocolate cream liquor\xa0
\n
• 1oz Heavy whipping cream\xa0
\n
• Ice cubes\xa0
\n
• Serving glass (I used a martini glass, but any glass you have could be used)

Directions

1. Rim your serving glass with a generous amount of vanilla frosting. Make sure to get the inside, outside and top of the rim.
\n
2. Place rainbow jimmies into a flat bottomed, shallow bowl (or a small plate). Press frosted glass into the jimmies. You may need to move the jimmies around to ensure that all the frosting has be covered.
\n
3. On the inside of the glass, swirl chocolate syrup starting at the top and ending at the bottom of the glass.
\n
4. In a large glass, place the ice, whipped cream vodka, amaertto, chocolate cream liquor and heavy whipping cream. Stir with a spoon until well combined and chilled.
\n
5. Carefully strain into the prepared glass.
\n
6. Serve immediately.
