I had the pleasure of sitting down with two more big Disney stars, Christy Carlson Romano (Even Stevens, Kim Possible) and Anneliese van der Pol (That's So Raven, Raven's Home) and it was a great interview. Christy and her husband, Brendan Rooney, started PodCo, a podcast network, and they have so many great podcasts on their network and have a lot more coming your way. Christy and Anneliese are starting a new podcast called Big Name B*tches and we talk about the podcast and many other things. Hopefully we can get together soon and do an actual Line Drunk episode with mocktails and chat about more tv or movies. Ingredients

• 2 parts\xa0Aged rum or Dark rum or\xa0Demerara rum\xa0or\xa0Light rum\xa0or\xa0Spiced rum
\n
• 3/4 part\xa0Lemon\xa0juice
\n
• 3/4 part\xa0Pineapple\xa0juice
\n
• 1/2 part\xa0Orgeat
\n
• 2 dashes\xa0Creole bittersor\xa0Aromatic bitters\xa0or\xa0Tiki bitters
\n

Directions

\n

1. Shake with crushed ice, and pour unstrained into a large glass.\xa0
\n
2. Garnish to your heart\u2019s content; cherries, lemon wheels, edible flowers, tiny parasols, whatever.
\n

Chile-Lime-Pineapple Mocktail (bonappetit.com):

Ingredients (Makes 12 Servings)

\n

\n
• 1 tablespoon pink peppercorns
\n
• 1 lime, plus wedges for serving
\n
• 2 dried chiles de \xe1rbol, plus crushed for serving
\n
• 3 cups fresh pineapple juice
\n
• \xbd cup sugar
\n
• Pinch of kosher salt
\n
• 9 cups club soda, divided
\n

Directions

\n

1. Crush peppercorns with a mortar and pestle or the side of a chef\u2019s knife.
\n
2. Remove zest from lime in wide strips with a vegetable peeler, leaving white pith behind. Place in a medium bowl. Add peppercorns, whole chiles de \xe1rbol, pineapple juice, sugar, and salt and stir until most of sugar is dissolved. Transfer to a 1-qt. jar or an airtight container. Cover and chill 8\u201312 hours.

3. Strain juice through a fine-mesh sieve into another medium bowl (you should have about 3 cups); discard solids.
\n
4. To make 1 drink, mix \xbc cup juice with \xbe cup club soda in a measuring glass; taste and add more juice if you want it sweeter. Pour into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and crushed chile de \xe1rbol.
\n
5. Do Ahead:\xa0Juice can be infused and strained 3 days ahead. Cover and chill.
\n
