\u201cSometimes we can forget about important things even though they are valuable to us. We\u2019ve all forgotten where we\u2019ve placed our glasses or our keys at one time or another. As followers of Jesus we are also likely to forget that we\u2019ve been forgiven of our sins and we are allowed to forgive ourselves. When this happens we stop living in the present because we\u2019ve become paralyzed by our past. Forgiveness is valuable, and Jesus followers need to remember to forgive themselves as completely as Jesus has forgiven them.\u201d
