Molly Fletcher has always made a mark wherever she is involved.\xa0 That\u2019s been true since her time at Michigan State University, where she was the captain of the women\u2019s tennis team, and earned her bachelor\u2019s degree in communications.\xa0 She spent much of her career serving as a one of the only female sports agents in the world, representing many of the biggest names in the industry such as: John Smoltz, Matt Kuchar, Erin Andrews, Tom Izzo and Doc Rivers.\xa0 In her time serving as president of client representation for sports and entertainment agency CSE, Molly negotiated well over $500 million in contracts for her clients.\xa0 She\u2019s been noted for her work by ESPN, Fast Company, Forbes, and Sports Illustrated.\xa0 Her success in the industry allowed opportunities for her to not only become a published author, but also a motivational speaker, reaching people all across the world.\xa0 Today, she is the CEO of the Molly Fletcher Company, which has the goal of \u201chelping leaders, teams, and organizations get unstuck from whatever it is that is blocking you from reaching your full potential.\u201d
