Today, Mike sits down with the amazing leader,\xa0Kadi Cole.\xa0 Kadi was in leadership for 16 years at Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She served in key leadership positions as the church grew from 3,500 to 23,000 and launched eight additional campuses. Her final role was as Executive Director of Multisite as she oversaw all campuses. She has since launched her personal business, Kadi Cole and Company. And her newest passion project is helping church leaders who want to do a better job developing the female leadership talent in their congregations.
