Jeanette Dorner has been working with communities to recover local salmon populations for the last two decades. \xa0In her career she has been the Salmon Recovery Program Manager for the Nisqually Indian Tribe, the Director of Ecosystem and Salmon Recovery for\xa0Washington State\u2019s Puget Sound Partnership, and is currently the Executive Director of the Mid Sound Fisheries Enhancement Group working on salmon recovery in King and Kitsap counties. \xa0In her spare time she also serves as Chair of the Board of the Pierce Conservation District and President of the Washington Association of Conservation Districts. \xa0Jeanette has a BS in Earth Sciences and a BA in Environmental Studies from Pacific Lutheran University and has an MS from the University of Washington\u2019s College of Forest Resources where she studied Ecological Restoration.
