The agent is notified when they receive offers and you can elect to have them in order of ranking.\xa0 \xa0 Online auction platforms and online private treaty platforms\xa0 - ( \xa0and )\xa0 forms that people can complete - offers are automatically sent to the agent.\xa0 Electronic Signatures Database Management\xa0 After Settlement - Trails\xa0\xa0 There are many many to choose from.\xa0 - That nurture leads from an existing database.\xa0\xa0\xa0\xa0 Keys - Electronic Lodgement of Keys - Log out keys - The software reminds you by text and email if you don't return the keys when you said you would.\xa0 \xa0Settlement -\xa0 Final inspections using Zoom, Facetime etc.\xa0 Solicitors online.\xa0 Sellers and buyers don\u2019t have to be face to face with solicitors anymore - Some Conveyancers and Solicitors do everything online, they don't see the customer in person.\xa0\xa0 allows for the settlement of the matter to take place without the need to physically be there.
