Yes, that is right this time under the All '90s Action, All the Time! microscope it's "Out for Justice"! A film that was critically slated on release but contrary to that hosts Scott and Kyle ponder whether this might be the best Seagal to date! (Many fans cite it as their favourite, including renowned Seagalogist Vern). Also, they discuss how this film both follows the Seagal movie blueprint but also gives it a different "grittier" spin (largely down to the efficient, no-nonsense direction of John Flynn).
Elsewhere in the episode Scott and Kyle talk about Seagal fractious relationship with director Flynn (what's new, eh?), William Forsythe's barnstorming central villain performance and the famous barroom brawl sequence which is undoubtedly the greatest fight sequence of Seagal's career (fact!).
