Pennsylvania works to make overpasses safer
One effort halfway through the Pennsylvania statehouse is intended to improve safety and deter delinquent behavior on various overpasses around the state. Also, a new effort at the Wisconsin statehouse would add the state to the growing list of states across the country to call on professional drivers to help curb human trafficking.
