The political wrangling over glider kits continues. We’ll have that, plus: a California vote on repealing new vehicle taxes and fees; a possible sales tax for roads in Los Angeles; U.S. DOT action to combat human trafficking; a new poll on how we should pay for our infrastructure; a possible new subcommittee on road funding issues; and a maritime fuel standard might impact diesel prices for truckers.
