D.C.: Driverless car bill moves ahead

Congress is headed toward passage of a bill meant to guide the development of autonomous or so-called driverless vehicles. Whether that same bill or a separate one will guide what happens with trucks is still a question in play. Mark Reddig talks with Collin Long of OOIDA’s Washington, D.C., office.
