DOUGLAS FARR (FAIA, F-CNU, LEED-AP)\xa0is an architect, urbanist, author,\xa0and passionate advocate for sustainable design\xa0thinking. Doug is the founding principal and president of Farr\xa0Associates, a Chicago-based firm that plans and designs lovable, aspirational\xa0buildings and places. Doug co-chaired the development of\xa0the U.S. Green Building Council\u2019s LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND)\xa0and has served on the boards of the Congress for the New Urbanism, Bioregional, EcoDistricts, and Elevate\xa0Energy.
