Stay to be Free, Holland

How often are we truly present, even in a conversation? How often do we make a full commitment to what is present? The mind is afraid of stillness and so it is addicted to leaving and distraction. Distractions take the form of judging everything that happens as either good or bad. What we desire is a mind free of judgement, free of human conditioning, and the first step towards this is to stay present, to be with what is arising.
