In response to the desire for 'tips and tools' to go home with, Kirsten talks about the temptation to compromise, and play roles involving people-pleasing. She talks about prayer and asking the question \u201cWhat is it for?\u201d for discerning motivation.

Other topics include the teaching from A Course In Miracles \u201cThe script is written\u201d about destiny versus having no control over how things play out. As well as how to deal with the judgmental voice in the mind and remember Truth.

She refers to a song she played at the beginning of the talk called Don't Decide, which is about listening to \u2018the voice within' rather than striving to get it right in the world.
