Ms. Nelson is the author of the noted electronic evidence blog, Ride the Lightning and is a co-host of the ABA podcast series called \u201cThe Digital Edge: Lawyers and Technology\u201d and the Legal Talk Network podcast \u201cDigital Detectives.\u201d
She is a frequent author (ten books and hundreds of articles) and speaker on legal technology, information security and electronic evidence topics. She is the President-elect of the Virginia State Bar and will become its President in June of 2013.
