Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we continued this week's theme: "Fear Less".  We discussed the true context of our scripture reference, II Timothy 1:7.  Is fear a sin? If so, when and how?  Can we have full trust in God and still experience fear?  Paul was very encouraging when he shared these words with Timothy.  They were not to meant to shame.  Knowing your spiritual gift(s) makes a huge difference is understanding your fears.  Karl offered a resource.  Our guest was Becky Harling (speaker, Bible teacher, mentor, coach, and author).  She shared her personal testimony of experiencing fear in very unique situations; plus, offered practical advice to "plan for the panic" and pray through the alphabet.  We highlighted her book, "Psalms for the Anxious Heart: A 30-Day Devotional for Uncertain Times".  Finally, this is week 6 of our "Summer of 10" bible memorization campaign.  The verse is Colossians 2:6-7.  You can listen to the Karl and Crew Showcast to hear highlights of today's program.
