Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we continued our weekly theme: "God and Work", and we discussed what it takes to be promotable and also how to balance our work between the office, home, and ministry.  The scripture references were Proverbs 22:29 and James 3:13-18.  One of our special guests was Mark Wagner (Executive Vice President and CEO of MBI).  He shared his story of going from stock clerk to President of Walgreens for 40 years, what it looks like to be considered promotable, and learning to love what you do.  We also talked with Jamie Erickson (podcaster, author, and founder of The Unlikely Homeschool).  She is a homeschooler of 5 and a working mom.  She talked about balancing our work life, our faith walk, and hospitality.
