For the rest of the world, that means it's college basketball's time of the year to beg for your eyes and ears.

What it means for Karate in the Garage, is we're turning our eyes and ears over to Tubi and it's algorithm. That's right. The bots are picking what we watch FOUR times this month.

For Movie #4 this month, Jeff Wincott is back and he's brought along Cynthia Rothrock... sort of.

1991's Martial Law II: Undercover pairs up Wincott and Rothrock to bring down criminal Spencer Hamilton (Paul Johansson) for some crimes that are never really made clear. (Oh, another cop is killed. THAT'S what it was!

There's more of that punching and kicking and sweating you've come to love from a Jeff Wincott joint! (Also, enjoy Rothrock's appearances spliced in with footage from other movies.)
