IAS Azharuddin Quazi, a taxi driver's son from Yavatmal, got 315 rank in the civil services exam. 
Even though being born in a poor family, he had big dreams. Always believing that the power of education can change his life and help him rise above hard times to become successful, he studied hard. 
Azharuddin Quazi wanted to become an IAS officer from his school days. But lack of money always stopped him. So Azharuddin took up a job in bank so that he could help his family financially. He worked in a bank for about 7 years. Then one day he quit his bank job and started preparing for the Civil Service. 
Azharuddin Quazi did not succeed in his first attempt. But he didn’t lose hope. Azharuddin achieved success in the UPSC exam of 2019 with a rank of 315.
