Jodie & Soda catch up with rugby player-turned-writer Peter Fitzsimons who weighed 152kg four years ago and now he's dropped nearly a third of his bodyweight simply by stopping eating sugar.

Fitzsimons' new book is titled The Great Aussie Bloke Slim-Down, aimed at translating the "complicated gibberish" of the health world to everyday men \u2014 who tend to be more overweight than women and less likely to do anything about it.
