b'Hi, my name is Robert and I was responsible for recording, editing, and publishing the podcast for Conversations On The Coast with Jim Foster. Although Jim has now sadly passed, it feels good to keep his memory alive by sharing the programs he did over the years through this podcast. There have been wonderful interviews with authors that bring so many stories to life. I wanted to share the raw session of Jim\'s last interview as recorded in his \'home studio\' (his dining room table!) from October 19, 2018. It includes audio in between the segments that you normally don\'t hear and shows how much fun the authors and us both had in doing the show. The Author is Renee Linnell and in her memoir entitled "The Burn Zone" she writes about her true life experience of being in a cult and eventually leaving, and what it taught her about how we all teach one another to treat us in our everyday lives, and the importance of learning self love.'
