Erin-Dianne Richards is an advocate of South Africa’s High Court, and joined me for a lockdown coffee this morning. What makes Erin’s position interesting is that she initially “supported” the lockdown (within a legal framework), but has since become increasingly concerned about the blatant constitutional erosion happening almost daily.
