"After 35 years in the travel industry, having the good fortune to travel to many places and experience things I would have never imagined, a personal fork-in-the-road led me to believe there was a more productive way to approach travel, even luxury travel. It seemed to me that we were only looking at one side of the experience\u2014our own.
