3. Cutting Back on Alcohol : More Productivity, Better Health & A Clearer Mind

One of the biggest shifts I\u2019ve had in my life over the past couple years is the amount of alcohol I consume, I\u2019ve cut back tremendously. What really woke me up was doing Sober October back in 2019 and cutting out all booz for 30 days straight.\xa0

    • I surrounded myself with go-getters, hustlers & passionate people\xa0

    • But would we still be hanging with these people if we removed the booz?\xa0
  • Now I drink to REWARD myself for a great week (34:15)
  • Sober October in 2019 was incredibly beneficial for me (34:55)

    • The benefits from doing it
      • I slept better every night, I saved $$$, I didn\u2019t waste time hungover / unmotivated, made better eating decisions, energy levels were consistent everyday, had better headspace to think / create & I realized I didn\u2019t need it to survive
