Have there been moments when you told yourself \u201cI need some me time\u201d but yet you never find a way to make the time?
Today I want to talk about the importance of taking breaks and how they\u2019re crucial to our wellbeing. Although we may feel like we\u2019re taking 2 steps back by slowing down, in actuality when we rest, reset & recharge we come back refreshed & are able to make massive leaps forward.
