If you answered yes to either of the above questions, April 8th, 2014 is coming fast and you need to act now. As of that date, Microsoft will no longer support or release any security patches for these End of Life products.

Are you comfortable with that level of risk?

Windows XP was released on August 24, 2001 and after 12 years, there are still vulnerabilities being found. If you look at the most recent batch of updates from Microsoft, there was yet another critical patch for XP released. The fact is, you need to migrate to a new Operating System and you need to kick the project off soon.
