How do we overcome the fear that's all around as Coronavirus infections, anxiety and job losses are all increasing? I go through a lesson from the ayah revealed after Adam (as) was expelled from Jannah قُلْنَا اهْبِطُوا مِنْهَا جَمِيعًا ۖ فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُم مِّنِّي هُدًى فَمَن تَبِعَ هُدَايَ فَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ - 2:38 'And when guidance comes to you from Me, whoever follows My guidance - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.'
