We all love it, and it’s a staple of any conscientious salary man’s lunch.  This week we chat to esteemed brewer and co-founder of Sakamichi Brewing, Matthew Boynton.  He  answers some pretty in-depth questions such as ‘What is beer?’ and ‘How do you make beer?’ As well as attempting to differentiate real beer from fake. We discuss the goings on in his area, namely Aberdeenshire and Edinburgh, or as Casey calls it ‘Edinbra’.  Finally, for the second week running, we hear the breast cultural miscommunication our guest can muster.
