b'Colton (Colt) Lewin is an 8-year Navy veteran with special operations experience in the Middle East and Africa during the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). Since hanging up his uniform in 2019, he completed his undergraduate degree and is currently working towards completing a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership in San Diego, California. Aside from school, Colt has been struggling to find his place in the private sector considering the gap between veterans and \\u201ccivilians\\u201d, which is something he is actively trying to resolve. Lately, Colt has been spreading compassion throughout the veteran community by sending one letter each day to a fellow veteran in order to decrease the veteran suicide rate.
