But some of these experts at your friendly neighborhood dispensary are sometimes asked, and offer, advice beyond such innocuous subjects, creating a potential for issues down the road. We have yet to see a proliferation of budtender liability lawsuits, but they’re probably coming, according to experts we spoke with.
