Although we are in the same age range, Lila and I have a different exercise level due to a lot of different challenges that we currently have in our lives. However, we do agree with what Peter Attia says about exercise, we really do need to start TODAY instead of waiting for tomorrow. It really does not matter where your current exercise level is at, or whether you are at your 20s, 30s, 40s even 70s. What does matter is your ability to face the music that there is nothing better than exercise as it will give you the highest return to your physical (and emotional) health in the future.
