"Rotting" sounds great in theory, but if you're not used to resting and taking the time to recharge it may cause more anxiety than anything else. Inspired from a text reminder from Melissa to Vanessa, we explore why intentionally getting rest can feel uncomfortable. We discuss the pitfalls of rest as a reward, how to start small (even if it means scheduling in rest time), and share our best tips for after-cry care (which, believe it or not, is very real).
