If all you date are women/men the shade of paperbags and women/men under 160 pounds, with no variety or history or attempt at even trying something outside of that box, can you still call that a simple preference of is it plain discriminatory? Being plus-sized creates an unwelcoming environment that reinforces the idea that bodies that don\u2019t meet certain standards are undesirable. This issue can even extend to people with disabilities and how they may be treated when dating and in other institutions. So when does one cross the line from having a preference over into discrimination against everything and everyone else that does not fit within your box?
