In 2004, I graduated with a BA in corporate communications. As a class project, I created a business plan for my family's publishing company, and business model for an Internet radio station. My college professor was working for a sports talk radio AM station in Baltimore, which I had admired very much as a former citizen band radio operator. In addition, I was reading published articles about Cathy Hughes, CEO and Founder of Radio One. She was buying radio stations in urban cities and growing fast. I knew I wouldn\u2019t have those resources, but the Internet was expanding and developing incredibly. It was just a of matter of time for the technology to come together. GOD was speaking to me... Amen!

On June 5, 2015, I started Positive Power 21 Christian Radio Network. I asked God to send me in a new direction \u2013the fictional authors that I were interviewing on my podcast were all telling the same story about abuse and prison life in their real lives. The books had characters that lived in glass houses, drove luxury cars and owned yachts.

God continued to work in and on me and I \xa0went to a\xa0Gospel station full-time. In addition, I purchased a radio program, and started hosting other podcasters on my station.\xa0

Presently, we are streaming 15 radio stations and over 60 other podcasters under Positive Power XXi Christian Media. We have a nightly podcast (3rd week), called Late Night with Jerry Royce Live, with guests co-hosts every night, music and book reviews, and fictional authors and musical guests.

The Late night show has a different twist from our past podcasts; it includes a live chat room and the shows are completely live, and streams Live with Spreaker radio. Users can listen on their smartphones\xa0
