Don’t let one fool you into believing there is a specific way to pray, specific words that make God move, or that you need to burn a candle, light incense, or buy a prayer cloth or shawl, all of that is foolishness and is insulting to God.  

What kind of God, what kind of Father would require his children to jump through hoops to communicate with Him.  Don’t get caught up in the circus productions, God is concerned with building His Kingdom not a sideshow production.

Make prayer part of your daily life, long prayers, short prayers, one word prayers, audible prayers, silent prayers, it doesn’t matter, just keep the lines of communication with God open.
