Add Fruit To Your Lifestyle

Going into the new year, many are preparing themselves to begin dieting to lose weight.  And fruit is one food that many add to their diet as it suppresses their appetite while providing nutrients.  As we have committed to leveling up our prayer lives, we too must commit to a new lifestyle concerning what we consume. Not a diet that lasts a certain amount of time, but a lifestyle and that lifestyle also calls for fruit.  The fruits of the spirit which include love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
