Feel Safe

For when you know you're safe but don't feel safe. In this HypNote you'll orient to your environment and match your felt sense of safety to the safety of the space you're in. After this HypNote, notice if you need something else like:

  • Going for a walk
  • Putting on a playlist and singing/dancing/shaking
  • Punching a pillow, screaming
  • Doing some intentional breathing
  • Meet some needs - sleep, hydrate, eat, connect.
  • Or continuing to orient if you need a little more!
