Feel Compassion

Today's HypNote comes from my own personal lesson in self-compassion in light of a Christmas season that looks and feels a lot different.

The 3 pillars of self-compassion:
Mindfullness (I am in a moment of strong emotions/suffering)
Common Humanity (This reminds me of my connection to humanity)
Self-kindness (I choose kindness, I choose self-compassion)

Post episode activity: write a letter to yourself as if you we're talking to a friend who is suffering. How might you treat them?
