Published: Sept. 16, 2022, 1 p.m.

MEET Carrie Bennett, MS ACN - A BADASS in the field of Quantum Biology, light, and hydration.

Like so many, Carrie has had quite a unique health journey. \xa0As a college athlete, supposedly at the pinnacle of health and fitness, she suffered joint pain, chronic ligament issues, and insomnia. After her first child was born she developed horrific stomach pain, extreme low energy, brain fog and digestive issues.
Armed with an undergraduate degree in Biology, a Master\u2019s Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition, a lead faculty position at the Quantum Biology Collective and certifications as a personal trainer, massage therapist, and performance breathing coach, Carrie has made it her mission to discover foundational strategies for health and healing.
Through the Quantum Biology Collective Carrie teaches the Circadian Certified program for health professionals.
In private clinical practice and through online courses and webinars, Carrie teaches people how to thrive using quantum health strategies involving sunlight, circadian rhythm, grounding, mitochondrial support, cold therapy, hydration, sleep and more.

I know you will enjoy this show. Carrie breaks down complex science concepts into bite size and applicable pieces that any age can understand.

Enjoy the show.
