During my first pregnancy I was unaware that I had a severe mineral imbalance. This led to a premature, emergency delivery. This could have been easily avoided if detected. There\u2019s a lot that we weren\u2019t taught about hydration! Intracellular hydration is a core foundation for health, but we routinely fall short of achieving it \u2014 not because we aren\u2019t drinking water but because many\xa0 don\u2019t know the basics to hydration.
