The most common way people try to stop themselves from eating emotionally is to try to restrict and avoid those \u201cforbidden\u201d foods. Yet, doing this, or trying to diet their way out of emotional eating doesn\u2019t work.\xa0

Besides feeling really frustrated and often guilty that we couldn\u2019t stay in control around food, we are distracted by food and make it the problem.\xa0
