The Phoenix
This week I\u2019m joined by Gavin Young, Partnership and Engagement manager for at The Phoenix. The Phoenix is a organization that partners with local gyms and brands to offer those with 48 hours of sobriety free fitness classes.\xa0
Gavin hasn\u2019t always been a leader in the sober community. He struggled with alcohol addiction for most of his teens and 20s. Lots of nights of blacking out and waking up in strange places finally came to a head and he walked into an AA meeting. Initially he stayed in denial but eventually came around to find similarity and community.\xa0
