A coach, a leader, and a man that\u2019s had an incredible impact on my life. Phil Mathews was the Men\u2019s Basketball at Ventura College from 1985-1995. From VC he had continued success at the division one level, with positions at the University of San Francisco, University of Nebraska and then UCLA. He\u2019s currently the head coach at Riverside Community College.
