It is Eating Disorder Week so I thought it would be fitting to get food psychologist Steph Georgiou back on the show. She has done a heap of stuff since we last hung out on episode 14 and in this episode we go deep on how to reconnect with your food and the physical and mental stimulus that occurs when you're eating, experiences that we are almost totally oblivious to our food because we are on our phone, or at our desk, or doing whatever it is that is not focusing on what we are eating.
